We are looking for a highly organized and detail-oriented Events Assistant to join our team. As an Events Assistant, you will play a key role in supporting the planning, coordination, and execution of events. You will work closely with our events team to ensure everything runs smoothly, from initial planning to final execution. If you're excited about the events industry and thrive in a fast-paced environment, this could be the perfect opportunity for you.Responsibilities:Assist in the planning and coordination of events, including logistics, vendor management, and client communication.Help manage event schedules, timelines, and budgets to ensure seamless execution.Coordinate with vendors, venues, and suppliers to secure necessary resources for events.Assist in the setup and breakdown of events, ensuring all materials and equipment are properly handled.Ensure that event attendees have a positive and engaging experience.Handle event-related administrative tasks, such as compiling reports and maintaining records.Provide on-site support during events, addressing any last-minute issues that may arise.
