Job Summary: The FAM Operations Coordinator will provide daily operational and administrative support related to all asset movement, balancing and reconcilement of client accounts, loan booking and adjustments, hedge fund management, fiduciary responsibilities,compliance of established policies and procedures, internal auditing, and department committees. Under the direction of the FAM Operations Manager, the Operations Coordinator will be expected to provide administrative support to FAM's Investments team, Fiduciary Services, and Wealth Strategies. Job Duties and Responsibilities: Provide administrative support for all asset holdings movement, cost basis adjustments and market value changes within client accounts including, but not limited to, new asset booking, asset transfers, loan bookings, and adjustments. Serve as point of contact for customers' account inquires. Research and resolve complex account issues, as needed, in a timely manner for asset movement, dividend posting, and various other transactions. Perform charitable gifting in an accurate and timely manner. "Perform quarterly reconcilement of dividend posting, including communication and coordination with vendor and internal customers. Assist Ops Manager in performing monthly, quarterly, and/or annual pricing updates for unique assets. Assist with booking of unique assets onto the system of record for purposes of consolidated reporting, where requested by the client. Monitor daily disbursements and work with family office specialists to minimize or altogether avoid account overdrafts.
