Let us be the best place you'll ever work.A Brief OverviewThis Financial Analyst Manager role is responsible for managing the financial and analytical framework that underpins operational decision making of the Safelite Supply Chain.  This role combines traditional financial planning and analysis (FP&A) responsibilities with a deep understanding of operational metrics to drive performance improvements and support strategic decision making.  The ideal candidate will exhibit a high degree of curiosity and collaborative spirit, understanding that financial improvements are made through partnership, operational understanding, and critical thinking.  The Financial Analyst Manager is responsible for building and maintaining accurate budgets, forecasts, risks and opportunities.  The role is responsible for building and maintaining mechanisms to enable efficient operations, inclusive of unit forecasting and labor plans.  The Financial Analysis Manager completes complex ad-hoc analysis and reporting.What you will doBuild and maintain accurate budgets, forecasts and risks and opportunitiesDevelop and maintain financial models to forecast supply chain performance, track key performance indicators (KPIs), and identify trends and opportunities.Interpret and communicate financial analysis results and recommendations to stakeholders, including senior management, to support informed decision-making.Build and improve upon mechanisms that enable efficient and effective operations, such as labor plans and unit forecasts.Perform comprehensive financial analysis and evaluation of initiatives, including supply chain business cases and market tests.Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including supply chain, procurement, store operations, and customer experience, to gather data and insights for analysis.Monitor marketing budgets and expenditures, ensuring alignment with strategic goals and providing insights for cost optimization.Provide accurate and timely reports to senior management.Interpret and present data insights to leadership and key stakeholders.Lead a team of two. Maintain a high bar and support team members development.What you will needBachelor's Degree Finance, accounting, or a related field.
