Our aim isn’t just about improving buildings; it’s about creating perfect places that improve people’s lives.Senior Fire Sprinkler Inspectors perform inspections, testing, and maintenance on fire sprinkler systems and other water-based systems in accordance with all national and local standards. They also supply hands-on training and coaching to entry-level Inspectors.As a Senior Fire Sprinkler Inspector, you will:
Provide inspection and testing for wet, dry, pre-action and deluge fire sprinkler systems; fire hydrants; and fire pumps per NFPA 25 standards.
Complete required documentation including deficiency repair recommendations.
Discuss noted deficiencies, remedies, and pricing with customers and follow up on corrective actions.
Follow and maintain highly structured inspection schedules.
Maintain complete and accurate documentation of all tests performed. Generate reports within Siemens tools and upload to required city municipality websites.
Complete service ticket documentation and inspection reports before leaving customer site.
Provide instructions to customer personnel regarding proper operation and routine inspections; assist with training.
You will make an impact with these qualifications:Basic Qualifications:
State of Ohio license in fire sprinkler systems; preference given to candidates who also carry a State of Ohio license in fire alarm systems
3+ years of experience performing Inspections and Testing of Fire Sprinkler and/or Fire Life Safety Systems
Must be able and willing to use hand tools, laptop, email, smartphone, and tablet
Must be able and willing to carry and move equipment and tools weighing up to 75 pounds unassisted
Must be 18 years of age and possess a valid driver's license with limited violations
Legally authorized to work in the United States on a continual and permanent basis without company sponsorship

The pay range for this position is $43,890 - $75,240 The actual wage offered may be lower or higher depending on budget and candidate experience, knowledge, skills, qualifications, and premium geographic location.
