( denotes an “essential function”)■   Provide administrative support to client’s internal Marketing team.■   Web-based research, entry and validation of both internal and external sources.■   Data entry via InterAction.■   Researching/verifying contact data,■   Accurately identifying and resolving duplicate entries■   Cleansing and conforming contact data to the firm's standards■   Handling data change tickets, processing changes■   Maintaining key additional information such as board memberships and other relationships.■   Monitor firm sender/response mailboxes for bounce back messages to research and file, contact data issues and forward inquiries to CRM/BD teams for follow-up.■   Communicate clearly and professionally with firm contacts and internal personnel.■   Update and maintain mailing lists, bios and contact lists.■   Train and mentor other team members as needed■   Perform Interaction mass edits■   Compile specific reports as requested by client■   Troubleshoot and correct operational issues experienced by the online database.■   Assist with the creation and/or modification of other marketing projects as requested.■   Perform other data quality maintenance scheduled cleanups (daily/monthly/semi-annually/annually)■   Handle sensitive and/or confidential information.■   Adhere to Williams Lea policy in addition to client site policy.■   Perform other duties as assigned.
