You will leverage your manufacturing experience and skills to lead some of the world's most talented production employees. You will use your leadership abilities to contribute to driving safety, productivity, and exceptional quality in one of Honeywell's Load, Pressure & Torque sensor production facilities. Through collaboration with cross functional teams, you will prioritize team workload and drive continuous improvement. As a team supervisor, you will coach your team members in technical and behavioral competencies in order to deliver high impact business results.RESPONSIBILITIES: Lead plant maintenance program Directly supervise production operators Drive productivity improvements Enforce compliance Drive culture of continuous improvement Employee Development Resource management in dynamic environment Talent management Review quality output and coach team improvements Collaborate with customers and cross functional teamsU.S. PERSON REQUIREMENTS Due to compliance with U.S. export control laws and regulations, candidate must be a U.S. Person, which is defined as, a U.S. citizen, a U.S. permanent resident, or have protected status in the U.S. under asylum or refugee status.MUST HAVE: HS Diploma and 4+ years supervisory experience in a manufacturing environment Experience leading teams of 10 + employees in a manufacturing environmentWE VALUE: CNC Machining and programming experience Bachelor's or Associate's Degree in a relevant field 2+ years leading a team of CNC machine operators in a manufacturing environment Experience driving lean activities in manufacturing Experience in a high mix production environmentBENEFITS: Benefits provided may differ by role and location.
