Full Time DIRECT HIRE role (Not a contract)

Junior/Entry Level Developer/Tester Needed- Basic Linux, Shell Scripting, Unix Command Line, Agile, and Testing-Must be willing to learn

Computer science graduates with six months to a year experience

Company works primarily on a Linux platform so it is it will be the candidate's advantage if you're familiar with the Linux commands

Consumer team has three or four application- back end and front end
technical documentation I would say is a must in this remote environment where people have to articulate well and communicate it's mostly whatever you talk in over a phone call has to be recorded in an email if you're discussing business requirements so they have to have you know articulating a discussion grasping the requirements in an email or in a jira ticket or on a confluence page so documentation is something that I am looking for in a candidate on both regardless of what they do

Basic Technical Skills:

Basic Unix command line and shell scripting knowledge
Ability to understand software testing concepts
Read and write technical documentation
Agile

Bonus:
Compressive knowledge of computer networking
Experience in API and End-to-end testing
Software development skills of both front-end and back-end
Programming languages such as Java, JavaScript, and Python

Must Haves:

Self-Starter
Critical thinking skills
Problem solving skills
Some set of scripting knowledge (Shell/Perl)
Testing experience

Like To Haves
Version Control knowledge (SVN/GIT)
Some set of programming language knowledge (Java/JavaScript/HTML/CSS/Vue)
Linux experience
IDE (IntelliJ, Eclipse)
Postman
SQL
