You’ll provide expert support when troubleshooting issues, answering complex customer inquiries, and assisting Managers with daily oversight. WHAT YOU’LL BRING TO SPECTRUMRequired Qualifications

Experience: Related work: 4 years, Resolving difficult and escalated issues: 3 years

Education: High school diploma or GED

Technical Skills: Ability to analyze general business periodicals, professional journals, technical procedures, and governmental regulations

Skills: Excellent written and verbal communication

Schedule: Some travel required

Preferred Qualifications

Ability to solve practical problems with a variety of concrete variables and limited standardization

Knowledge of the ICOMS and CSG billing systems

Effective organization and time management when multitasking
