As a subject matter expert, you will contribute to the development of operational plans and risk management strategies, ensuring the highest quality and professionalism in service delivery.Job responsibilities

Develop and execute comprehensive project plans, incorporating technical requirements, resource allocation, and timelines to ensure on-time delivery of technology solutions

Identify and mitigate risks, proactively addressing potential roadblocks and implementing contingency plans to maintain project momentum

Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including engineering, product, and business stakeholders, to define project scope, objectives, and deliverables, ensuring alignment with overall business goals

Utilize advanced analytical reasoning to assess project performance, identify areas for improvement, and implement data-driven optimizations to enhance efficiency and effectiveness

Champion the adoption of agile methodologies and technical solutions, fostering a culture of continuous learning and innovation within the team

Coordinate initiatives with Product and Line of Business senior stakeholders to prioritize, negotiate and resolve critical capacity constraints in our strategic data

centers

Partner with Product and centralized technology teams to identify and remove capacity blockers

Intiate and lead workstreams responsible for implementing solutions to optimize the utilization of our estate

Work with stakeholders across Global Technology to increase infrastructure utilization, control the allocation of capacity, improve automation, create advanced telemetry, and reduce operating costs

Required qualifications, capabilities, and skills

5+ years of experience or equivalent expertise in technical program management, leading complex technology projects and programs in a large organization

Advanced expertise in stakeholder management, with the ability to establish productive working relationships and influence decision-making across cross-functional teams and clients

Advanced experience in utilizing technical fluency, including knowledge of vendor products and managing vendor relations, to enable on-demand access to shared pools of applications and services

Strong and Proven track record of effectively managing resources, budgets, and high-performing teams in a fast-paced, agile environment

Proficiency in applying analytical reasoning and problem-solving techniques to break down business, technical, or operational objectives into manageable tasks and activities

Expert knowledge in all business processes across an entire line of business, as well as expertise in other lines of business and technology disciplines

Understanding of global and line of business project and program management standards and methods

Experience working with high-performing teams in complex technology program execution

Strong understanding of Waterfall and Agile methods, stakeholder management, budget management, and risk management operations

Strong in creating and maintaining relationships with a wide range of stakeholders throughout the firm
