This role will support the long-term transformational advertising monetization platform and roadmap of exponential growth, working closely with, Sales, Marketing Platforms, Audience Distribution, Creative and Content Marketing and Marriott's Owned Channels teams (mobile, display, OOH, e-mail, podcast, etc.)Experience in sales side direct and programmatic omni-channel (digital, mobile, OOH) ad operations experience strong preferred.CANDIDATE PROFILEEducation and Experience Preferred4-year degree from an accredited university in Business Administration, Marketing, or related major and 3+ years of relevant professional experience, demonstrating progressive career growth and a pattern of exceptional performance or

5+ years of relevant professional experience in marketing or related function, demonstrating progressive career growth and pattern of exceptional performance.

3+ years' experience in ad operations/campaign management/support role in a cross-platform environment: digital media, OOH, TV, E-mail activations

Experience with online ad-serving technologies such as Yahoo, DV360, Adobe etc. required

Experience managing clients, agencies, and vendors

Deep understanding of omni-channel advertising and marketing concepts/metrics and a passion for digital media

Excellent, verbal, written and listening communication skills.

Proficient in the use of MS Office applications such as Outlook, Word, PowerPoint

CORE WORK:Ensure that the Marriott Media Network campaigns are set up and executed according to our client contracts and programmatic deliverables.

Support the overall success of campaigns from the point of contract signature (IO) through invoicing.

Coordinate and/or project manage trafficking across multiple digital, OOH, e-mail channels etc, QA & launch all of ad creative (static, rich media, HTML5 & 3rd party tags).

Troubleshoot and resolve ad delivery and tech issues.

Daily review and analysis of campaigns to ensure full delivery and optimizing performance.

Provide input to sales on campaign analysis and budget reconciliation.

Provide Sales with campaign insights and recommendations to improve performance and pacing.

Proactive communication with internal/external stakeholders to ensure client success and maximize revenue and optimize as need.

Work closely with Sales, Ad Technology and Account Manager to ensure campaigns are optimized and performing to negotiated contract.

Provide sales team/account management with performance metrics to help with upsell and new activations.

Fluent in digital media and online measurement: impressions, CTR, CPMs, eCPMs, uniques, pageviews, visits, viewability, demo comps, etc.

Work with Finance to ensure billing is accurate based on campaign performance.
