for managing a staff of associates whose primary purpose is collecting,
analyzing, and communicating health care and business information to internal
and external clients. Primary duties may include, but are not limited to:
Designs and manages studies as requested by internal and external (e.g., CMS,
NCQA, HEDIS) clients for purposes of ensuring accreditation, improving health,
and analyzing business opportunities and areas for improvement. Assures quality
and integrity of data collected, analysis performed, and reports generated.
Develops methods for improving internal techniques and processes. Utilizes
multiple data systems to accomplish objectives. Hires, trains, coaches,
counsels, and evaluates performance of direct reports.Requires
BA/BS and 5-7 years related experience; or any combination of education and
experience, which would provide an equivalent background. Experience in managed
care and data analysis required. Understanding of multiple data sources and
formats required. Excellent analytical, organizational, planning and oral and
written communication skills required. Must possess management skills.·
Medicare/Medicaid experience preferred· Cost
Containment/payment integrity experience preferred· Experience
recovering overpaid Medicare/Medicare claims preferred· Healthcare
experience required, managed care preferred.· Experience
working with in and with Agile IT Development teams is preferred.· Prior Business
Owner, Product Ownership experience is a plus.· Servant Leader
style and leading through influence is preferred.· Strong
communication skills, both written and verbal. Experience communicating
