To be successful in this role you will need the following :

High school diploma or certificate of completion of secondary education or equivalent experience to the extent such experience meets applicable regulations.

Four year experience/education requirement accomplished through one of the following: Bachelors degree, associates degree and at least two years of relevant experience, or at least four years of relevant experience required.

This position may require licensing for compliance with export controls or sanctions regulations.

Requires significant relevant work experience or specialized skills obtained through education, training or on-the-job experience.

Previous Admin Assistant experience is preferred.

Experienced with MS Office (Microsoft Word, PowerPoint, and Excel).

Experience with Calendar Management.

Previous experience arranging and booking domestic and international travel preferred.

Must have a strong attention to detail.

Must have the ability to identify and to appropriately protect confidential information.

Must have strong written and verbal communication skills.

Must be Self-driven and adaptable, with strong Time Management and Prioritization skills.

Pay starting at $23.75/HR or higher, based on experience level.

Ability to work 1st Shift: M-F, 8 AM – 5 PM (Felxible)
