This role is centered on implementing cutting-edge security measures through our Zero Trust strategy, alongside managing, troubleshooting, and enhancing Windows systems. The ideal candidate will excel in a distributed, cross-functional team environment, showcasing exceptional communication skills to support widely dispersed colleagues.Requirements Key Responsibilities:
Play a pivotal role in the deployment, remediation, and packaging of Zero Trust client software, serving as the escalation point for deployment-related issues.
Contribute to incident management as part of the 3rd line of support, emphasizing meticulous attention to detail to improve resolution times and advanced troubleshooting.
Engage in change management activities, requiring a strong understanding of ITIL frameworks and adherence to both group and organizational policies related to End User Computing.
Essential Skills:
Proficient in Windows 10/11 desktop administration and troubleshooting.
Experience with Tanium and Microsoft End Point Configuration Management (MECM) is highly desirable.
Ability to analyze log files from various tools and conduct remote administration tasks.
Skilled in PowerShell scripting, with Mac OS administration knowledge considered a plus.
Familiarity with ServiceNow and proficiency in Microsoft Excel are advantageous.
The ideal candidate will possess a solid track record in deployment troubleshooting, desktop troubleshooting, incident management, and change management.
