As a People Insights Product Delivery Leader , you’ll be at the forefront of transforming HR into a data-driven powerhouse. Leading the People Insights team within Veralto’s Shared Services, you’ll empower HR and business leaders to make decisions rooted in advanced analytics. This high-impact role is more than technical—it’s strategic. You’ll play a critical role in shaping data strategies that fuel Veralto’s growth and enhance the experience of our associates globally.In this role, a typical day will look like:

Own People Insights Technology : Lead the architecture and lifecycle of our People Insights applications, ensuring technology and data align with business needs.

Drive HR Analytics: Design and deliver analytics products that enhance decision-making for leaders across the organization.

Lead a Skilled Team : Oversee a team spanning data analysis to employee listening, fostering skill development, engagement, and innovation.

Shape the Data Roadmap : Define and prioritize features and enhancements in line with Veralto’s strategic goals.

Enable Insightful Visualizations : Develop data visualization and reporting standards to make insights accessible and actionable.

Ensure Compliance : Maintain security and compliance standards, safeguarding data integrity in all associated systems.

Train and Inspire : Provide guidance and training to internal teams, building data fluency across the organization.

The essential requirements of the job include:

Educational Foundation : Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field (e.g., Computer Science, Data Science, Business Analytics) or equivalent experience.

Proven Expertise : 10+ years in HR Analytics product delivery or a related field, with 6+ years in leadership roles.

Technical Prowess : Strong programming skills (Python, R, SQL) and a solid understanding of HR data architecture and governance frameworks.

Strategic Mindset : Experience implementing data roadmaps and continuous improvement methodologies.

Leadership in Action: Skilled in coaching, collaboration, and fostering innovation within technical teams.

An associate’s position within the salary range will be based on several factors, including, but not limited to, relevant education, qualifications, certifications, experience, skills, seniority, geographic location, performance, shift, travel requirements, sales or revenue-based metrics, any collective bargaining agreements, and business or organizational needs.The compensation range for this role is $120,300 - $171,400 USD per year.
