Investigate and communicate the quality and stability of Meta’s products to engineering, product, design, and other cross-functional partners as reported by internal stakeholders.

Collect, generate, and triage internal reports of quality and stability issues.

Partner with product and engineering teams to implement process and tooling improvements focused on driving developer efficiency, resolution of issues, and improved product quality.

Develop and communicate compelling analyses and recommendations over aggregate trends from internal feedback.

Collaborate with a vendor partners to execute daily triage workflows.

Inform and deliver new strategies and tactics for delivering high-quality products to end users at scale.

Maintain training and process documentation for product specific triage areas.

Telecommuting is permitted from anywhere in the United States.

Minimum Qualifications: Minimum Qualifications:

Master's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Business Analytics, or a related field and 12 months of experience In the job offered or in a computer-related occupation. Experience must include 12 months of experience in each of the following:

Coding in Python

Database Management using SQL

Interfacing with technologies used to build web and native applications

Data visualization and analysis using Tableau and Power BI

Product development life cycle for iOS applications developed in languages such as Swift and Objective-C

Product development life cycle for Android applications developed in languages such as Java, C, and C#

Product development life cycle for Web applications developed in languages such as HTML, CSS, Javascript, PHP, Python, and Ruby.
