Kelly Science & Clinical has a new, temporary opportunity for a Program Manager in Columbus, OH!Shift: M-F 8:00am-5:00pmA 6 month Temporary Opportunity HybridJob Summary: Kelly Science and Clinical is looking for a Program Manager, where you'll oversee 5-10+ client programs, including cGMP clinical manufacturing projects. We seek candidates experienced in biopharma and/or cell and gene therapy to ensure seamless integration and successful project delivery.Roles and Responsibilities:

Ensure on-time, on-budget delivery of gene therapy programs

Act as the main customer interface and ensure an excellent customer experience

Lead multifunctional teams for project success

Operate within the Quality Management System applicable to the manufacture of phase appropriate material in the CMF

Manage risks and ensure compliance with relevant standards

Anticipate and resolve problems effectively

Work to specific measurable objectives requiring operational planning skills with little direct supervision

Align projects with company policies

Drives timelines and development through the broad influence

Work independently with minimal supervision

Foster a collaborative team environment

Perform other duties as assigned

Qualifications & Skills:

Relevant degree in life sciences, biotechnology, or gene therapy

2-4 years' experience, preferably in biologics or gene therapy

Excellent communication and project management skills

Proficiency in Microsoft Office

Ability to work independently and collaboratively

Client-focused mindset with a commitment to maintaining confidentiality

Demonstrate integrity and attention to detail

Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to manage and influence laterally

Physical Requirements:

Sitting, occasional standing/walking

Lifting up to 50 pounds

Talking and keyboarding frequently

Pay will range between $70k-$85k based on title, education, and related industry experience. Responsibilities The Physical Therapy Program Manager supports, communicates, implements and enforces the philosophy, mission, values, standards, policies and procedures of Nationwide Children\'s Hospital.
