Job DescriptionCoordinates all aspects of internal information system-specific projects from initiation to delivery. Projects often involve network, server, or software implementation and upgrades, PC deployment and the like.Coordinates work performed by IT staff and internal customers/partners by defining project specifications, performing feasibility and needs/impact assessments. Develops detailed project plans and manages all implementation processes including resource allocation, progress tracking, monitoring change control process, testing, documentation, training and on-time delivery within budget constraints.Duties and tasks are standard with some variation; displays understanding of roles, processes and procedures. Performs moderately complex problem solving with assistance and guidance in understanding and applying company policies and processes. BS degree or equivalent experience relevant to functional area. Your role facilitates project implementation to overcome project barriers, obtain requirements, evaluate and determine the objectives, goals, and scope of multiple projects. Also network within the organization to drive initiatives, strategies, issue resolutions, and alignment. Your strong communication skills are imperative to success as you create, monitor, and provide ongoing communication to appropriate stakeholders while also reporting risk areas and partner with leadership on strategies to address concerns. Utilizing your collaboration skills, you will manage interdependencies or dependencies between projects or programs through cross-functional project planning and comprehensive reporting packages.Basic Qualifications

At least 6 years total combined related work experience and completed higher education, including:

At least 1 year project/program management work experience

At least 5 years additional work experience directly related to the duties of the job and/or completed higher education

High School Diploma

Preferred Qualifications

Bachelor's degree or equivalent relevant work experience

Project Management Professional (PMP) - Project Management Institute (PMI)

Expectations

Perform other responsibilities as assigned

Willing to work additional or irregular hours as needed and allowed by local regulations

Work in accordance with corporate and organizational security policies and procedures, understand personal role in safeguarding corporate and client assets, and take appropriate action to prevent and report any compromises of security within scope of position

Paid time off: Flexible Vacation is provided to all eligible employees assigned to a salaried (non-overtime eligible) position. Accrued Vacation is provided to all other employees eligible for vacation benefits. For employees working at least 35 hours per week, the vacation accrual rate is 13 days annually for the first three years of employment and 18 days annually for subsequent years of employment. Vacation accrual is prorated for employees working between 20 and 34 hours per week. Employees working fewer than 20 hours per week are not eligible for vacation.
