Schedules and runs the sprint planning and grooming meetings and tracks ticket assignments

States the RACI matrix for projects in a product line

Collaborates and communicates with stakeholders, developers, technical team members and designers

Provide that the functional requirements are met, tracked, and achievable

Engages with Product Owner/Product Manager to double check that the product vision and high-level business objectives are transparent and obtainable

Collaborates with the Product Owner/Product Manager to facilitate creation and maintenance of the Project Roadmap

Works with the Product Owner/Product Manager to turn the product roadmap into executable projects

Indicates project with reliable ticket workflows and boards

Sets schedules and milestones with inputs from all other teams assigned to that product, manages project scope and timelines

Administers the daily stand-ups, securing they are brief, timely, and focused

Endeavors as Scrum Master for the developers on the team - clearing obstacles, leading scrum ceremonies, and ensuring the team is working effectively

Help to manage dependencies among cross-product teams

Amasses facts from business analysts, technical leads, and QA leads into references

Aquires and schedules projects - as per the Project Roadmap defined by the Business Owner

Masters deployment scheduling in coordination with tech lead, Product Owner, and Dev Ops

Supplies detailed reporting to management on risk assessments, milestone completion, and project status

Shall cooperate closely with the QA Manager, Product Specialist, Product Owner/Product Manager, and Business Analyst

Helps to identify, classify, and manage risk for functional improvement requests

Facilitates the team focus on the on-time delivery of agreed products

Leads project planning Requirements - Skilled in technical applications including MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, Project, etc.) and JIRA or similar application

Knowledge of utilizing resource tools to manage capacity, forecast, demand and allocation of people

Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills across all levels of the organization

5+ years of project management experience

Bachelor's Degree or equivalent of education and work experience

Experience leading Agile delivery teams, projects and programs

Comfortable managing complex cross-functional and technology projects

Knowledge of leading medium to large custom and/or complex software development and/or implementation projects Technology Doesn't Change the World, People Do.®
