Take ownership of P&L for designated accounts.

Lead a committed team that is focused on serving our cornerstone clients.

Harness a comprehensive understanding of our clients' needs and local market trends to fashion impactful yearly account plans.

Become the ace liaison and go-to expert on balancing account needs, adeptly engaging with internal and external stakeholders.

Guide the team with inspiring leadership and strategic insights to propel profitable growth.

Conceptualize and execute winning growth and marketing strategies, along with competitive compensation frameworks for reaching membership and financial goals.

Foster a high-performance culture, recruit top talent, offer relevant training, impart continuous coaching, and evaluate the performance of direct reports consistently.

Position RequirementsRequires a BA/BS and a minimum of 8 years of leadership experience; or any combination of education and experience which would provide an equivalent background. Willingness and ability to travel.Preferred Skills, Capabilities and Experiences

Experience and knowledge in the Behavioral Health industry.

Strong preference for previous account management experience.

Prior experience with P&L responsibility desired.
