As a Business Banking Sales Strategy Support Manager, you will be part of a team that defines the monitoring program, including the implementation of operational policies and procedures. Your goal is to identify, build and implement additional monitoring to assist the business with staying compliant with regulations, policies and procedures. You will have the opportunity to work with business partners across Consumer and Community Banking to engage key stakeholders at all levels of the organization to identify root cause of issues and collaborate to find creative solutions to address opportunities. You will have end to end project management responsibilities to ensure projects are completed successfully and satisfy objectives. As a detail-oriented self-starter, Control Management experience and the ability to consistently meet deadlines in a fast paced environment you will ensure monitoring is executed against established Business Banking criteria with subject matter expertise, ability to draw inferences, identify root causes, and make recommendations for improvement. You will also be responsible for supporting management and team with reporting deliverables, including but not limited to: monthly geographical reporting from top management down to the employee level, month over month trend reporting, and repeat offenders.Job responsibilities

Manage a pipeline of monitoring activities that includes reporting deliverables ;Ensures the team performs detailed validation test work for business purposes & follows documented policies & procedure

Assists the team in performing research and analysis on items subject to further research; makes recommendations to enhance monitoring, testing and job aids, as identified

Assess the appropriateness of conclusions and handles line of business disputes, re-assessments and escalations ; Analyzes processes to improve internal testing, isolates root cause and suggests solutions

Partnership with cross Business Banking Business Units, Controls, Compliance, Audit and Legal to proactively identify recommended changes; engages with inclusion and integrity with both internal and external constituents

Fosters open communications with team members; Escalates issues and communicates appropriately to key stakeholders

Protects the firm by applying sound risk management protocols and controls and adhering to regulatory requirements

Demonstrates behaviors and attitudes consistent with professional expectations of this position

Required qualifications, capabilities and skills

5+ years Control Management experience

3+ years Business Banking experience

Control, Operational Risk Evaluation (CORE) - experience with firmwide risk and control assessment framework, firmwide standards, and related topics. Strong grasp of executing controls that mitigate risk, and the requirements of an effective control environment.

Strong leadership and interpersonal skills; ability to effectively interact with all levels of management; and experience working with geographically distributed and culturally diverse work groups.

Experience with business project management, issue resolution and problem-solving. Ability to use strategic thinking, creativity, adaptability, and reliability while in a fast-paced environment and competing priorities

Proven track record of applying sound judgement, recommending process improvements, and successful implementation of new processes

Advanced presentation delivery and proficient in Microsoft Office tools (Excel, SharePoint, Word, Power Point)

Preferred Qualification

Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience required

Experience working in cross-functional teams to analyze, design, and deliver best practices

Ability to build strong partnership and create inclusive environment
