The Kimball Midwest ERP development team is looking for a Senior Dynamics Developer to help lead our transition from Dynamics AX 2012 to Dynamics 365. This is an excellent opportunity to make a real impact on the future of our business.

This role will be responsible to work with team to ensure goals and outcomes are achieved. Along with providing coaching and mentoring to associate level developers as needed. You will also be responsible to maintain and enhance the company's Microsoft Dynamics AX 2012 R3 code base, application, and infrastructure.

Qualifications:
  • Bachelor’s degree in STEM, a business-related field, or equivalent work experience.
  • A minimum of 5 years of experience developing with Microsoft Dynamics AX 2012 and Dynamics 365.
  • Strong knowledge of X and C# (or similar) programming languages.
  • Experience with Dynamics 365 Finance and Operations is preferred.
  • Experience with both MS Team Foundation Server (TFS) and Git for Azure Dev Ops for version control.
  • Strong aptitude to learn new technical skills to support team products.
  • Very strong knowledge of Microsoft SQL, including being able to create and optimize stored procedures.
  • Proficient with Windows operating systems and Office tools.
  • Strong project management skills, specifically working with deadlines and estimating the duration of a task.
  • Is a highly motivated, well-organized, self-starter desiring an opportunity to grow both technically and professionally.
  • Ability to effectively communicate with co-workers, supervisors, managers, sales representatives, and outside vendors.
  • Ability to effectively manage and prioritize multiple projects.
