Lead Transformative Projects: Guide a talented team of Oracle Program Managers, implementation experts, and partner resources to revolutionize one of our largest customer’s estate with OPERA Cloud.

Develop and Execute: Collaborate with Account Leads, Product Strategy, Support, and Partner Management to create and implement a global delivery framework for seamless migration to OPERA Cloud.

Communicate with Impact: Craft and deliver high-impact executive-level status reports, dashboards, and presentations that keep stakeholders informed and engaged.

Solve and Innovate: Anticipate potential issues, proactively address program-level challenges, and ensure that our Cloud Transformation initiatives are executed flawlessly, on time, and within budget.

Drive Success: Serve as the primary contact for internal and customer escalations related to Cloud Transformation projects. Ensure a smooth transition into ongoing operations by partnering with Support and Customer Success teams.

Inspire and Mentor: Provide leadership and mentorship throughout all phases of the project lifecycle, fostering an environment of innovation, high productivity, and outstanding customer service.

What We’re Looking For:

Educational Foundation: Bachelor’s degree in Business, Computer Science, or a related field.

Extensive Experience: 10+ years of experience leading top-tier project management organizations with a track record of successful global program delivery.

Technical Expertise: Deep technical knowledge across datacenter technologies, including hardware, networking, databases, platforms, and applications.

Results-Driven: Proven ability to deliver exceptional results within challenging time frames and complex environments.

Exceptional Communicator: Strong skills in presenting to both business and technical executives, comfortable in both public and online settings.

Collaborative Leader: Demonstrated success in working collaboratively across internal and external teams in a matrix business environment.

Adaptable and Positive: Ability to quickly learn and adjust to changing priorities, maintaining a positive, can-do attitude.

Working knowledge of Implementation Consultant role. Product or technical expertise relevant to area of focus. Effective written and verbal communication skills as well as strong quantitative, analytical, and conflict resolution ability. Ability to relate to customers and understand their needs and ability to build rapport with team members.
