Oversees all enterprise API products and directly manages enablement of customer data enrichment and activation to enable Bridgestone’s Customer 360 strategy, including the associated strategic investment. Supports alignment of experience data capabilities and adoption across business units, borders, and partners as a crucial link and between the West Marketing COE and other functions, particularly IT.Responsibilities

Selects, develops, and leads members of the Enterprise Experience Data group, or oversees the same

Establishes and owns the customer data enrichment and activation platform portion of the enterprise Customer 360 initiative and oversees its 14 projects, up to 8 of which may occur concurrently

Manages customer data enrichment and activation platform contracts, costs, and allocations. Provides business oversight of the same for the IT managed portion.

Oversees all enterprise experience data products/platforms, including APIs, to ensure value, utility, stability, efficiency, and strategic enterprise benefit

Supports adoption of enterprise experience data products/platforms across business units, borders, partners, and functions

Provides customer data enrichment and activation adoption/utilization reporting and forecasting

Performs triage and support for the customer data enrichment and activation platform

Develops business cases as required for expansion of the customer data enrichment and activation platform

Gathers, shapes, and documents requirements for the customer data enrichment and activation platform

Provides product evangelization, consulting, standards enforcement, and education associated with the customer data enrichment and activation platform, including, but not limited to the:

Customer data platform

Marketing automation platform

Establishes and maintains high-trust relationships across stakeholders and partners

Partners closely with IT enterprise architects, solution architects, agency technical leads, and others to select new technologies and ensure solution designs are aligned with Customer 360 vision and strategy

Partners closely with the West Marketing COE’s Demand & Relationship Marketing leader to align strategy and ensure the customer data enrichment and activation platform appropriately enables their programs

Leads other various Enterprise Digital Services team projects and initiatives as needed

Supports, and works across, a broad set of enterprise stakeholders including Core Tire, Mobility Solutions, Retail, Airide, CFNA, Golf, Latin America, China/Asia/Pacific, Europe/Middle East/Africa, Small & Remote Businesses, IT, and others

Minimum Qualifications

10 years of diverse, relevant experience in technology, including digital marketing, demand & relationship marketing, and/or traditional IT

Experience with customer data and marketing automation platforms

Experience with APIs, including REST, JSON, OAS, RAML, and API management platforms

Ability to influence actions and coordinate activity across broad cross-border, cross-business-unit, cross-functional stakeholder groups without direct authority

Fluency in the languages of technology, sales, and marketing

Bachelor’s degree; 8+ years of relevant experience including 5+ years management or leadership experience
