The candidate will be supporting State projects and application systems to support the personnel that serve the aging community and the aging community at large. The ideal candidate will be involved in the design, development, coding, customization, configuration, testing, and deployment of applications and provide post deployment support to end users.This position will function as a highly skilled full-stack senior .Net developer with specific responsibilities that include:

Participate as part of a team that has deep knowledge of analysis, modern design, development, and testing to meet industry standards while satisfying business and functional requirements.

Develop and lead the enhancements of robust technology & data systems, ensuring compliance with relevant regulations and standards.

Collaborate with cross-functional teams of technical and non-technical personnel to gather and analyze requirements, to determine necessity of modifications or enhancements, and translate into technical specifications.

Utilize programming language and frameworks (.NET, Bootstrap, Angular, MVC) to create modules, interfaces, and functionalities needed to solve complex problems.

Leverage database structure and optimize data storage and retrieval processes for efficient reporting and data management.

Design and implement middleware solutions to optimize data flow, improve overall system efficiency and enhance system interoperability.

Demonstrated expertise in the design, development, and maintenance of third-party APIs leveraging .NET technologies to facilitate seamless communication between systems and applications.

Utilize technical expertise to create integrations across diverse technical environments and cross-platform technologies, both internal and external systems, ensuring data quality and privacy protection.

Proficient in using MS DevOps tools and practices to build and manage CI/CD pipelines, and to configure and manage build, release, and deployment processes.

Integrate secure user authentication and authorization mechanisms, including role-based access control (RBAC) to control system access.

Displays an understanding of application security best practices and how to properly implement.

Produce technical and operational documentation.

Ability to make best practice recommendations based upon past work.

Utilizes excellent written and verbal communication skills with technical and non-technical personnel.

Encourages diversity of thought and creative problem solving.

Required Skills:

4 years college degree or equivalent technical study with advanced study preferred. 4 Years

10 years of Application Development including web forms, Web API, and data integration 10 Years

10 years of .NET Web Forms 10 Years

10 years of MVC experience 10 Years

10 years of .NET Core experience 10 Years

10 years of Angular 5 and above, Bootstrap, jQuery experience 10 Years

7 years of Oracle or Microsoft SQL Server experience 7 Years

3 years Azure DevOps experience 3 Years

5 years Python 5 Years

10 yeats of development experience within large, complex systems 10 Years
