The Studio Operator/Photographer is responsible for supporting multiple production function across the assigned Studio including camera operations, stylist, styling assistant, merchandise coordinator, studio maintenance and upkeep. In this role you will be mentored by the Studio Manager as well as leaders in various specialty on best practices. The studio location is in Dayton, Ohio The Work:

Prepping/Ripping photo sets according to pre-determined lighting diagrams

Capturing the image of the products on set

Reviewing the final captured image and if the lighting or styling is off, elevating it to the stylist or lead operator to adjust

Ensure that the sku and angle matches the product on hand

Responsible for prepping merchandise

Responsible for styling merchandise on set according to pre-determined styling guides

Responsible for removing any styling implements before merchandise is r

Responsible for unpacking merchandise and checking it in

Responsible for checking merchandise out and packing it up to be returned to client

Communicate regularly with the team to ensure daily priorities are met and requirements are exceeded

Here’s what you’ll need:

At least 6 months experience in the photography industry or design studio field.

Bonus points if:

Associate Degree in Fine Arts, related Arts/Creative program or 2 years of college level courses in a related field.

Reliable with the ability to adapt to changing conditions

Ability to work under pressure in deadline-driven environment

Highly organized with exceptional attention to detail

Strong oral and written communication skills

Excellent people skills

Team player

Travel :Travel may be required for this role. The amount of travel will vary from 0 to 100% depending on business need and client requirements.
