Interns will obtain a broad overview of NiSource's operations and current events in the utilities industry.Required Qualifications for Position
Currently enrolled in an accredited university with major in related discipline such as Human Resources Management, Organizational Development/Effectiveness or Organization Communications
Completion of intermediate-level coursework
Preferred GPA of 3.0 or higher
Team oriented
Self-motivated with drive for results
Time management skills
Business acumen and problem solving skills
Experience in an office environment preferred
Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
Ability to work in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment
Solid organizational skills and attention to detail
