This is a full-time, salaried position.
What's on your plate:
The Service Manager will assist the management team to ensure all operations flow smoothly from the front-of-house to the back-of-house. This position will aid the General Manager and Assistant Manager in coordinating and overseeing restaurant operations including customer service, employee development and relations, production, and administrative requirements.
What you bring to the table:
- A minimum of 2+ years experience managing in a full-service dining environment is preferred
- Previous front-of-house experience is preferred
- Must possess exemplary leadership skills and be able to help lead a team of 50+ employees
- Must have detailed and diverse food and beverage experience and knowledge
- Must have a working knowledge of restaurant POS systems
- Must have experience with internet software, spreadsheet, and word processing software
- Restaurant financial (i.e., P&L) experience and knowledge is preferred
