Job Description:
We are looking for a dedicated and detail-oriented Cleaning Lady House Manager to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for managing the cleaning and maintenance of homes, as well as assisting with furnishing and organizing spaces. The ideal candidate will have a keen eye for detail, excellent organizational skills, and the ability to work independently.
Responsibilities:
- Perform cleaning tasks in homes, including dusting, sweeping, mopping, vacuuming, and sanitizing surfaces.
- Manage the organization and maintenance of homes, including decluttering, arranging furniture, and ensuring spaces are tidy and presentable.
- Assist with furnishing homes, including moving and arranging furniture, hanging curtains, and decorating spaces.
- Handle laundry and ironing tasks as needed.
- Ability to lift, bend, and move objects weighing up to 50 pounds.
- Maintain cleaning supplies and equipment, and report any maintenance issues to the appropriate channels.
- Follow health and safety guidelines to ensure a clean and safe environment for residents.
- Communicate effectively with homeowners to understand their preferences and requirements.
