We are seeking cheerful, dedicated team players to join our Family to service Kai's Crab Boil. Our mission is to bring fresh, flavorful seafood dishes from the Coast to the Midwest with a creative and innovative beverage program. As part of Kai's Team, you will enjoy the casual and fun interactions with guests and other team members while maintaining a welcoming and professional work space and attitude.
We are currently hiring for servers. Our ideal candidates are fun, energetic, reliable and responsible. We need you to help us grow and retain our customer base. All servers are required to train for a minimum of 2 months as a host(ess).
Our preferred candidates have the following traits:
At least 1-2 years of previous serving/restaurant experience.
Weekends are a must.
Good communication and personal skills.
The desire to grow and retain our customer base with exceptional service.
The desire to grow with our concept and to be a team leader.
Has a great work ethic and ability to work well within a team.
Must understand that all front of house employees will be required to do pre and post shift cleaning and stocking including bathrooms.
Must be neat and organized and maintain the restaurant and bar during the shift.
Must be well versed in safe food handling and responsible alcohol serving procedures.
Ability to multi-task and work in a fast-paced environment
