Position Summary:
The Line Cook has strong team skills as well as speed and accuracy while maintaining food quality. Were a small kitchen and we make almost everything from scratch. The ability to read and replicate recipes is required.
Requirements
Must be upbeat, outgoing and positive.
Must be able to work nights and weekends.
Must be able to work through prep lists efficiently.
Ability to work positively in a fast-paced environment.
Excellent verbal communication and interpersonal skills.
Basic math skills.
Ability to work effectively within a team.
Ability to be on your feet and alert for extended periods of time.
Ability to lift up to 35 lbs. as needed.
