Join the Simple Times Mixers Team:
We are seeking new team members for our Simple Times Mixers Operations Team to help us in handcrafting the highest quality cocktail mixers. Specifically, we are looking for workers for our day shift (7-3pm) and night shift (3-11pm). This is a hands-on experience where we are looking for individuals that want to make a real difference in a growing organization. This is a great chance to become a subject matter expert with advancement opportunities as well. These efforts include (to name a few) the following responsibilities:
o Learning and following the Juice HACCP Plan (Our current process standards)
o Operating and maintaining juicing machines
o Cleaning, Sanitation and ensuring Quality standards of all of our ingredients and products
o Labeling and Quality Assurance
o Assist in process improvement studies and analysis
Requirements:
o Ideally (but not required) Operations or Production/Manufacturing Experience
o Food Operations would be favorable
o Passionate self-starter who loves collaborating with others but also strives to manage a team
o Self-sufficient and able to seek answers when unclear
o Fast learner and flexible to adapt to constant change and lead others through change
o Lifting 50lbs without assistance
