Cobra is seeking to hire 2-3 full time support staff for the bar. Bar supports are cross trained in barbacking, food running, and bussing. Pay is competitive with the industry. Cobra is open 4pm to 2am every day but Tuesday. Support shifts typically run from 3:45pm to volume, and 6pm to close. Full time (4-5 shifts) is what we're looking for, but scheduling is flexible. Cross-training is required for employment and helps us teach service flow.
Cobra was a rated in the top 4 best new bars in the country by Tales of the Cocktail and Punch. We were rated best new bar by Columbus Underground last year, and won Best Overall Bar this year. We focus on great hospitality, reliability, and quality of product. Applicants should have a desire to provide excellent customer service, to learn efficient ways to fill their role, and to have a desire to learn more about the service industry.
Restaurant and hospitality experience is preferred but not required. We can teach any skill, but we ask applicants to be motivated to work and want to learn the tools of the trade.
Job duties:
-Supporting the bar for fast-paced, efficient service.
-Providing customer service to guests as needed.
