Job Title: Cold Side Kitchen Staff
Monday - Friday 5am- 2pm (4-5 weekends a year)
Responsibilities:
Prepare salads, sandwiches, and related prep work following established recipes.
Maintain cleanliness and organization of the cold side work station.
Assist with dishwashing and help maintain a clean kitchen area.
Follow food safety and sanitation guidelines.
Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth kitchen operations.
Perform other duties as needed.
Requirements:
Previous cold side kitchen experience preferred.
Understanding of food safety, sanitation, and proper food handling techniques.
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and multitask.
Attention to detail and ability to follow recipes.
Must be able to stand for extended periods and lift objects.
Positive attitude, strong work ethic, and reliability.
