THE DENTIST is a locally owned and operated, comprehensive, solo doctor, family dental practice that has been serving our community for over 16 years. Our philosophy is to help our patients attain optimum health and wellness. We are conservative and we practice “Golden Rule” dentistry, which means our goal is to always do for a patient what we would expect for ourselves or our family members. We enjoy developing long-term relationships with our patients and team. One of our long-term hygienists is relocating for spouse's job is our reason for this opening.
Requirements:
We are expanding our team for the role of a Dental Hygienist. You must be intelligent, happy, energetic, hard-working, emotionally mature, have high integrity and most importantly, enjoy caring for people.
Your role would include, but not be limited to:
Meeting and greeting patients
Use our computer system for various tasks
Scheduling patients efficiently
Communicating effectively with our patients and team
Detail oriented tasks
Ability to multi-task efficiently and effectively
Ability to work independently and as a team member
Ability to organize yourself quickly
Create an atmosphere of hospitality and customer service
Desire to grow personally and professionally
Answering the phone in a cheerful and professional manner which comforts and encourage patients to come to our practice
A candidate MUST:
Have a current State of Ohio Dental Hygiene License
Have a current Local Anesthesia License
Have a current CPR certification
Have a current Hep B vaccination
