Overview:
We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to join our team. This position offers the flexibility to transition from part-time to full-time with ample room for growth. Our practice provides a supportive and collaborative environment, focusing on high-quality patient care.
Key Responsibilities:
Provide direct patient care, ensuring a high standard of service.
- Administer infusions and monitor patients during treatments.
- Possess or develop knowledge of immunotherapy, including egg allergy treatments.
- Collaborate with healthcare providers to create and implement patient care plans.
- Maintain accurate patient records and document all care provided.
- Educate patients and families on treatment plans and home care instructions.
- Uphold the highest standards of safety, cleanliness, and patient confidentiality.
Qualifications:
- Valid LPN license in Ohio.
- Experience in direct patient care, especially in infusion therapy, is preferred.
- Knowledge of or willingness to learn about immunotherapy and egg-related treatments.
- Strong communication skills and the ability to work in a team environment.
- Compassionate, patient-centered approach to healthcare.
