Position: ONSITE Medical Insurance Representative
Pay: $17/hr. Full-Time+ Weekly pay!
Schedule: Day shifts available. M-F (Full time, No Weekends)
Location: Onsite Columbus, OH (43222 zip code)
Start Date: End of year, early January
MUST BE ABLE TO WORK ONSITE
Key Responsibilities:
Conduct outbound calls to insurance companies, providers etc.; to verify patient benefits and coverage.
Call center environment - Primarily outbound calls - may receive some inbound.
Investigate and resolve benefit-related issues and discrepancies.
Communicate with patients explaining their medical benefits.
Maintain accurate records of benefit investigations in the system.

Qualifications: Must have office/clerical/customer service experience. Prefer 6 months or more of previous Medical Benefits experience
Proven experience in medical benefit investigation and insurance verification preferred.
Attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple cases efficiently.
Adhere to all required KPI's.
Great work attitude and willingness to help others.
