We are in search of a Private Duty LPN ($29/hr) or a Private Duty RN ($40/hr) to care for a 4 yr girl that has a G-tube for medications. She has seizure Disorder, Scoliosis, Cerebral Palsy, West Syndrome, blindness, low muscle tone and a LP shunt. Some lifting involved up to 40 pounds. Including getting her off the bus at
11: 45 AM. Mother works from home and can be of assistance. Friendly dog in the home but can be separated from nurse and patient. Hours would include Monday 8:30 am to 5:30 pm, Tuesday & Thursday 11:30 AM to 5:30 PM. Could also include weekend hours if desired.
