We are looking for a highly organized and experienced Care Manager to oversee patient onboarding at our growing virtual health clinic. You will be responsible for working with a diverse team of 50 staff members, including clinicians, medical assistants, and support personnel, ensuring optimal productivity and exceptional patient care. This role is integral to maintaining and enhancing our clinic's reputation by providing top-quality telehealth services.

We provide the most convenient and affordable allergy immunotherapy treatment in the U.S., using the latest evidence-based protocols and technology.
Responsibilities
Oversee and manage patient onboarding experience.
Speak on zoom or call with 50+ patients per day.
Coordinate schedules for patients, clinicians and support personnel.
Monitor performance metrics and conduct regular performance evaluations.
Qualifications
At least 3 years of experience in customer support, sales or care management.
High level of professionalism, empathy, and the ability to maintain confidentiality.
Strong understanding of clinical processes and customer service best practices.
Flexibility to work remotely full-time, including part of the weekend.
