Concord Chapel Animal Hospital is a well-established, thriving small animal hospital located south of Columbus in Grove City, Ohio. We are looking for an experienced Practice Manager that can effectively lead our compassionate group of Team Members. Our new Practice Manager will play an integral role as we continue to grow while providing the highest level of care for our clients and patients.

Responsibilities

Team Management: Develop, mentor, and lead our caring and compassionate Team Members all while promoting our Team Culture.

Client/Patient Care: Develop and implement strategies that allow us to provide optimal patient care while treating all our clients and patients like family.

Business Management: Ensure top-notch service delivery by optimizing Team Member training, scheduling, and performance.

Marketing: Attract and retain clients through creative marketing strategies.

Compliance and Safety: Ensure our practice meets all regulatory standards, providing a safe environment for Team Members, clients, and patients.

Qualifications

Minimum of 5 years’ experience as a Practice Manager in a veterinary setting.

Bachelor’s degree and CVPM preferred.

A passion for animals and commitment to providing exceptional care.

Experienced motivational Team builder with proven leadership ability.

Ability to multitask and stay organized.

Flexible and adaptable to changing needs and priorities.

Outstanding Communication and interpersonal skills.
