Job Description:
We are looking for a skilled recruiter to help us identify and onboard top talent for various company roles. This is a temporary position, expected to last around 90 days, with the possibility of extension based on project needs.
Key Responsibilities:
- Source, screen, and interview a high volume of candidates on a weekly basis.
- Collaborate with hiring managers to understand their staffing needs.
- Manage the full recruitment cycle from job posting to offer acceptance.
- Maintain a pipeline of qualified candidates.
- Ensure an exceptional candidate experience throughout the recruitment process.
Qualifications:
- Proven experience as a recruiter, preferably with a focus on retail environments.
- Strong understanding of recruitment processes and best practices.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
- Proficiency with applicant tracking systems (ATS) and other recruitment tools.
- High level of professionalism and confidentiality.
