I recently posted an ad for a tree worker (groundman). The first hire hasn't worked out and I accidentally threw away the list of people who applied. There were several people who applied with multiple years of experience after I had hired someone who was inexperienced, please reapply.

I’m a small 2-3 man operation. You must have a valid driver’s license (mandatory. CDL, is a plus) and a phone (also mandatory), know how to drive a large truck, and be dependable (we may start at different times each day. Normally at 7am). Most of the time you will drive the grapple/dump truck (automatic) or a chipper/bucket truck (6 speed) to the job; I'll operate the truck's equipment. You will load the work trucks with the saws in the morning and unload them at night. You are also responsible for all the ground work from dragging limbs to working ropes to cleaning up the area. I need someone immediately. Tell me who you worked for, how long you worked for them and what you did for them. I pay 15% of each job (avg $600-$800 weekly. Daily at first then after I know you can do the job, at the end of the week) so the faster we work the more you make. Most days are 4 or 5 hour days plus traveling to and from the job.
