We are looking for someone who enjoys home improvement work but also wants to have fun and enjoy the people and the company they work for.
This individual should have general handyman skills in the home services / improvement sector and/or be okay with learning and growing if there are things that they do not know. This individual would be expected to climb a ladder, be able to lift weight of up to 50 lbs and is willing to work hard, show up on time and is fantastic with customers.
Most importantly we are looking for individuals that are ambitious and have personal goals and can take advantage of the opportunity that our company is looking to give the people that work with us. We are looking for someone who is in the $20 / hour range starting out but should expect if you want to achieve greater success and are coachable that your that compensation and benefits should grow as quickly as your own personal growth.
