Union III Outdoor Living is looking for talented, honest, hardworking individuals to fill a Hardscape Crew Leader position.
Landscape Crew Leader expectations:
The Landscape Crew Leader is responsible for overseeing project planning, organization, and execution. They will ensure that the crew represents the company with the highest standard of professionalism, safety, and quality of work. They must be decisive, efficient, and technically capable. They will lead a crew of 1-3 team members.
Qualifications:
Landscaping experience: 2-3 years (Required)
Landscape construction experience to include familiarity with Oberfields, Unilock, or similar products.
Experience with operating skid loaders, and other earth moving equipment/attachments.
Capable of working 45-50 hours per week.
Valid Drivers License (Required)
Daily Duties:
Reviews work order with designer/owner
Maintains crew equipment, truck, trailer, and machinery
Read scaled plans, and paint out construction site
Release material orders for delivery
Directs crews daily activities
Track all materials, and project completion status
Communicate with clients as needed
Problem solve on-site issues
On site training for team members
