We are a smaller Residential Property Management Company that manages single family homes, condos and multi-family units throughout the Central Ohio area. We currently manage roughly 350 units. Most of our properties are in Franklin County, but some are in surrounding areas such as Marysville, Delaware, London, Ashville, West Jefferson, etc.
We are looking for a hardworking and self driven yard maintenance tech who would be responsible for mowing our multi-family units and single family vacant units during mowing season, maintaining flower beds which include edging, weeding, hedge trimming, mulching, etc. annually, fall clean ups, spring clean ups, some smaller tree removal, gutter cleanings, etc. May be some small hardscaping jobs/repairs as well. Ability to do smaller fence and deck repairs a plus as well.
This is a full time position and you will be responsible for working on your own and keeping up with all work.

3. A little technology savvy – ability to use smart phone to use our management software to access client info, log maintenance items and complete photo inspections of properties within our phone application
4. Experience with lawn and flower bedding strongly recommended, but if you like hard work, maybe we can discuss it if you don't have experience.
5. Customer satisfaction is crucial to our success.
6. Be a self-starter and quick problem solver.
7. Take ownership and pride in your work. Understand time is money. We need to get in and get out.
8. Some service calls can come in any moment, some of which are emergencies. You must answer your phone and/or respond to the maintenance coordinator who is assigning tasks in a timely manner (understanding that you might be on a mower which is understandable)
9. No smoking, drinking or drugs on the job.
10. Vehicle, tools and equipment provided. (MUST HAVE A GREAT DRIVING RECORD)
11. Keep a positive work environment by always being nice, courteous and respectful to tenants, other team members and/or contractors.
