You will need a car, license, background check, this skill set including working with plumbing issues, ceiling fans, relacing doors and windows, work orders. The manager will help set you on a path to succeed.
The job will be from time to time assist in moving items in and out of apartments. This may be up t0 50lbs, not all the time but time to time. The main focus is repairs.
The pay is $20.00 to $23.00 an hour depending upon experience.
There is holiday and vacation pay.
There is an in-person interview.
