Looking for a Jack of all trades, master of none. Responsible for general work on rental apartments and houses. To be able to troubleshoot and repair work orders and to get empty units ready to rent. General knowledge in plumbing, electrical, carpentry is required. HVAC is a plus. Semi-flexible hours. Small company, needs to be able to self manage and comfortable in working on own. Transportation required, truck or van preferred. Tools for most jobs required. Common sense required. We do not require 24 hour maintenance.
