Role Overview:
As a contracted white-glove moving helper with Benevolent Quality Services, you'll be an essential part of our team, providing high-end white-glove moving and assembly services to premier clients. As a White-Glove/High-End Moving Helper, your primary focus is to effectively assist with packing, delivering, moving, and assembling our clients’ top of the line furnishings while ensuring the highest level of client satisfaction and quality of service under the direction of the CSFM.

Consistently grow in hard and soft skills. This can be achieved by participating in training speciality trainings provided by Benevolent Quality Services LLC.
Responsibilities:
Provide high-end and specialty moving and assembly services with exceptional care and customer service
Execute various moving and labor tasks efficiently and with care
Maintain a high level of professionalism and adherence to our company's values.
Provide exceptional customer service, ensuring client satisfaction throughout the process
Collaborate with the team to ensure timely and effective service delivery.
Commit to 2-3, or 4-5 days a week. Route covers OH, KY, IN, MI, PA within approximately 800 miles a week. Please note some days may require overnight stays in the location area.
Maintains cleanliness and organization of truck, kits, and supplies daily and disposes of trash appropriately
Ensures the proper handling of client’s furniture exercising Company procedures
Provides situational & proactive problem solving for installation, packing, & moving issues
Uses tools & equipment effectively and efficiently
Miscellaneous:
Perform administrative office duties as needed to complete documentation of work
Dresses according to the dress requirements
Conducts self in a professional manner at all times
Demonstrates tolerance and patience in working with the clients
Is efficient with time, materials, and methods to ensure company’s profitability
Other duties as assigned
Qualifications:
Previous experience in moving and labor services
Strong work ethic and dedication to professionalism
Excellent communication skills, manners, and a customer-centric approach
Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team environment
Possess excellent time management
Furniture and assembly experience a plus but not required
Ability to follow detailed directions
Possess a high character and integrity
Well groomed appearance and hygiene practices.
Be able to work in a fast paced environment
Good attention to detail
Own a set of tools a plus but not required
Warehouse experience a plus but not required
Able to lift 75 lbs. +
Have reliable transportation
Education and/or Experience:
High school diploma or equivalent. Delivery, packing, moving, and installation background and experience strongly preferred.
Language Skills:
Ability to read, write and speak english fluently. Ability to interact effectively with inquiries or complaints from other team members regarding all business issues & operating concerns.
Mathematical Skills:
Ability to understand and use basic math.
Computer IT Skills:
Basic computer and application. Must have a phone.
Reasonability Skills:
Ability to make reasonable decisions and use critical thinking.
Certificates, Licenses, Registrations:
Valid State of Ohio driver’s license and insurance. Background check: must be able and willing to pass a criminal background check and the drug screen test.Contractor is responsible for background check fees.
Physical Demands:
While performing the duties of this job, contractors must be able to walk, crouch, climb stairs, talk, and hear, lift/carry objects of up to 100 pounds, have average dexterity to use arms, hands, and fingers to handle, feel and reach. Specific vision abilities include close vision, distance vision, depth perception, and the ability to adjust focus. Doctors examine may be required.
Work Environment:
While performing the duties of this job, contractors are exposed to moving mechanical parts, hazardous equipment and chemicals. The noise level in the work environment is at times loud. Travel between sites is sometimes required, exposing the employee to traffic and road hazards.
Work Hours:
Usually scheduled Thursday, Friday, Monday, Tuesday, and Wednesdays. Actual daily hours will be defined by the route and scheduling demands as assigned. Additional hours may be needed for training, meetings, and special projects or to meet deadlines and commitments. Must be able to travel to include potential overnight or out-of-state trips up to 50% - 90% of time.

Part time : need 2 positions filled
Pay: Flat rate
Shift 1 : Thursday - Friday starting @ 330 flat rate + tips
Shift 2 : Monday - Tuesday/Wednesday starting at $330/$495 flat rate + tips
