We are seeking an On Site Manager to oversee the operations and maintenance of our 12-acre property. It boasts five cabins that are used to host Airbnb guests and requires a person to be on-site to oversee the daily operation. The ideal candidate will have history cleaning, doing light gardening work, property maintenance, and administrative tasks.
Duties:
- Clean all cabins between guest visits
- Set up gifts for guests as they arrive
- Fix minor issues as the arise
- Check & change all batteries routinely
- Clean, drain & reset hot tubs
- Replace any light & bulbs that are burned out
- Empty compost toilets
- Change bulbs and fuses
- Do light gardening, weeding, water plants as-needed
- Spray weed killer
- Empty the hot water heaters regularly
- Check & restock inventory weekly
- Deep clean each property according to Asana schedule
- Change HVAC filters according to Asana schedule
- Clean & organize all storage areas
- Clean out grills and fire pits
- Keep property tidy, by picking up fallen branches and paper/trash
- Maintain the water softener system according to schedule
- Set up special items for guests on birthdays, holidays, anniversary, etc.
- Manage your tasks in Asana
- Take photos & videos for content around the property
Qualifications:
- Proven experience cleaning
- Ability to follow a schedule & self-manage
- Familiarity with project management software
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Ability to handle multiple tasks efficiently and prioritize workload
- Experience in yard work or handyman work preferred
