Best Value Cleaning Services is a small but mighty team servicing Central Ohio. We're proudly a woman-owned business with a focus on being eco-friendly, inclusive, and servicing our community. This position is going to be a great fit for someone who's reliable and detail-oriented looking for additional part time work, students balancing school and a job, or anyone who's looking for supplemental income.
We offer cleaning services from 9 am to 5 pm Monday - Friday and the ideal candidate will have flexible availability within those hours. We'd like to find someone who will grow with us as our company continues to grow! We expect this position to eventually be full time, but it can remain part time as desired.
Duties:
- Perform a variety of cleaning activities such as sweeping, mopping, dusting, and polishing
- Vacuum carpets and rugs
- Clean and sanitize bathrooms, kitchens, and other areas
- Make beds and change linens
- Empty trash and dispose of waste
- Follow established cleaning procedures and guidelines
Requirements:
- Ability to work independently and with others
- Ability to perform moderately demanding tasks such as lifting, bending, and standing for extended periods
- Strong attention to detail
- Excellent time management skills and efficiency
- Ability to follow instructions and communicate effectively
- Comfortable around household pets
- Reliable transportation - this job requires travel, but only within Central Ohio to cleaning sites
- Previous experience in housekeeping roles preferred, but not required
This position is part time to start, with potential to move to full time.
