TIPS Earned Daily $40 to $200 depending on services and customer’s satisfaction
DRIVERS/LEADS -
As a experienced driver, you have the ability to obtain a DOT Medical clearance and acceptance by our insurance company for clearance to drive our trucks; as well as ability to pass the DOT Drivers qualifications criteria once fully trained.
Ability to work your way up to leading your own crew as a lead/driver, setting pace, customer service goals and motivating the team to provide a 5 star move
Portray Teamwork, positive attitude and customer service.
Clean OHIO MVR to Drive a 26' Box Truck. Must be able to show up to work in clean clothes - sober, and rested to work potentially long 8-12 plus days. Experience preferred with leading and motivating a crew when acting as the daily lead.

Loading & Unloading Trucks
Professionally pad wrapping and handling furniture/ equipment, and follow processes
Packing & securing fragile/ breakable items like glass, china, granite, etc.
Ability to climb stairs on a daily basis.
Ability to lift at least 75 lbs, move, push, pull, sit and stand for long periods of time.
Experience with protective wrapping and packing the truck.
Team oriented. Good communication skills. Able to follow established procedures.
